To cure cat's wheezing

I wanna travel the world! In a box.

Hi. My cat is a 7 year old American shorthair. As of late, I realise that he wheezes a lot louder than he used to. At night, he snores as loud as my husband. I am not sure if that is the wheezing or the snoring though.

Can you please advise if you have any medication for this.
