Pink bumps on my dog's chin. Anyone know what they might be?

My sweet boxer mix has some pinkish bumps in a cluster on her chin. She had recently gotten some cactus in her foot so I thought it may have been from her trying to get it out with her mouth. However they seem to be getting larger. At least one of them opened today. It doesn't seem to hurt her and Ive been rubbing vit E on it daily plus giving her echanacia and goldenseal. Anyone who may know what this is please help.

My neo mastif had this. But it smelled really bad. The vet said it was dog stagh infection. She was 6 months old when it started. She died at one year old of lymphoma cancer. I dont think it was connected to the infection. Still heart broken.

Bumps under dogs chin

My German Shepherd is a year old and has had those bumps since he was six months old. The vet says it sounds like canine acne. It will heal in time, Just keep the area clean with soap and water and to get stainless steel bowls, plastic bowls get dirty and jagged edges if the dog chews on it. If they become
more swollen painful or bleed take your pet to the vet to get an antibiotic. My dog is o.k and his chin is beginning to clear up. I've been using a medicated anti itch shampoo to keep him from scratching his chin. Good Luck.

Pit/boxer mix bumps on chin

My boxer mix also has these bumps. she is 9 months old and they don't seem to hurt her but they look like they could become infected if I don't heal them soon. Please post a solution if anyone has any information that can help.

Guess what! It’s dog acne. I guess boxers are prone to it. I used peroxide and bacroban cream daily and it was gone within a week. In some cases it can get seriously infected so if it looks really bad and your home treatments aren’t helping you might need to take him to the vet.
